» cargoby - Akon and Timbaland Cause Trouble

Akon Mean To Rude Fan

If I were the Pop Music Principal, I'd be calling Akon and Timbaland into my office this week. Akon was doing a show and a fan threw something at him, so he had the fan come up on stage. Akon then picked him up and threw him off the stage where he then crashed to the ground amidst confused looking fans. That's not behavior becoming of a pop star. Word to the wise, Akon: fans can break you as easily as they can make you. Especially here in America where we build them up just so we can knock 'em down. You can go overnight from "Superstar Akon" to "Wasn't he in the Baha Men?"

Timbaland's Fisticuffs

Then there's Timbaland throwing a beat down to some guy who supposedly yelled a racial slur at Tim after he - gasp - caught his girlfriend talking to him. Hey, Timbaland is no Justin Timberlake, but he's still rich and famous. Said throwdown happened after a Timberlake concert, BTW. So a guy's manhood gets threatened, he calls Tim something I'd never repeat, and then gets a beating from someone famous. It was probably not the brightest moment in the guy's life, or in Timbaland's life. A thousand bucks got Tim out of jail after his arrest for the fight. As for the racist guy, he ended up getting treated at a hospital.
